The International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) is a non-profit organization, established in 1987. It is run by members and focuses on advancing ground source heat pump (GSHP) technology on international, national and state level. It is a part of College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology (CEAT) at Oklahoma State University and was founded by Jim Bose.

Annual conferences are organized each year by the association for contractors, owners, manufacturers and distributors.
