What Does Walk Over Mean?

Trenchlesspedia Explains Walk Over

Completing a walk over is an important part of ensuring the absence of conflict among existing underground utilities. This process includes obtaining the latest data from the state or local municipality on utility locations, a walk over with a magnetometer to locate the magnetic signature of any underground facilities along or near the design pathway and potholing to confirm the actual location of any piping, conduits or cables that may interfere with trenchless construction activities.
